File Updates - As Cities Burn

Thanks to some info and cover art from Ivar, I've got official cover art, proper release years, and higher kbps tracks for their Demo (2002) and first S/T EP (2003). It's confirmed via the insert that via the insert that the 2003 EP was indeed the same band; some people say it might've been a completely different one due to a difference in style but alas, that rumor's put to rest.
